I like simple recipes, with the best ingredients, and subtle combination of flavors and textures. My main inspiration is French, Italian and Californian, but will try anything that looks and smells yummy.
I’ll include here the recipes I’ve enjoyed, and keep recreating over and over. I’ll also let you know the cookbooks that have inspired me.
